whats the best dessert after meal?

My traditional sunday dinner time 'breakfast' cooked by my daddy <3 Scrambled eggs, sprinkled with black pepper. Baked beans 2 slices of fried toast HP sauce. A.M.A.Z.I.N.G :)

You didn't mention what your main meal was, can you tell us please it might help with some ideas for the dessert. We went on a driving holiday to Italy with my parents' friends and the wife's brother was a Cistercian monk in a monastery in France so she arranged for us to stay there one night en route and have an evening meal. We thought we would be served very plain food but there were many courses, every one of them totally delicious. Fish, cheeses, souffles, soup, vegetables, fowl, meats, pastries, pies, fruits. Like a feast but all served in complete silence. Then we each slept in a monastic stone cell which was rather surreal after the magnificent meal.
